Apprentices can be a valuable resource in any organisation especially when building a successful business. 83% of employers rely on their Apprenticeships programme to provide the skilled workers that they need for the future. According to research carried out by Populus in 2009, 80% of employers agreed that apprentices make their workplace more productive.
